Luka Modric's superb goal helped give Croatia a 2-1 win over the Czech Republic in their Nations League Group A3 opener as Slaven Bilic's second stint in charge got off to the perfect start. The 41-year-old AC Milan midfielder broke the deadlock in Prague two minutes into the second half when he picked the ball up on the right and strolled towards the edge of the penalty area before firing an angled drive off into the far corner.
